Returns  Contact Darren@elantechus.com  30 day warranty starts from date of purchase. Any returns will ship to our above mailing address. We will create your return shipping label  for any domestic purchase. When you start your return please send the serial number along side a picture of the product. Write a description of the issue to your sales representative. Inform your sales representative if you would like to do a product replacement or if you want to return the defective product.
